Unfortunately, we do not offer a return or exchange due to change of mind. However, if your item is incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to provide a solution.
I ordered the correct size but it’s a bit small/large can I return it/exchange it to a different size?
You may exchange an item if it is in an unused condition, you have 14 days to return it. The return postage is at the purchasers cost. To avoid this please refer to the size charts on the product page. Contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (If applicable)
If a refund is confirmed by us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
